WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY SHOOT?

Wear something that represents YOU! I like to encourage my clients to show their personalities through their clothing, props, locations, etc. Anyone can do a photoshoot, make yours unique! I love new ideas. I’d recommend staying away from large text/logos and strapless tops. Generally solid colors mixed with some accent prints look good. Change it up with multiple outfits, scarves, hats, or props. For seniors and engagements, bring at least two different looks.

WHAT MAKE UP LOOKS BEST FOR PHOTOS?

I’m not a makeup expert, however I’ve found that shooting in natural light already enhances your beauty and skin tone so don’t overdo it! A bold lip color can be fun. Don’t over tan, and don’t do bold eyeliner all the way around your eyes – this can actually make your eyes look smaller. If you are interested in getting your hair and/or makeup styled for the shoot, let me know and I can refer you to some stylists I know!

CAN I ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?

No, at this time I don’t offer prints. Depending on how much you want to spend, there are many places online to order prints through (Shutterfly, Snapfish, etc.). Each place will print differently, so it might be a good idea to order some test prints first.

HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS?

With all my packages, I simply just send you all of the photos on a USB flash drive once I’m done editing! I will also send you a signed copyright release for printing purposes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS?

Depending on the job and editing time, I usually say about 2-3 weeks for seniors & engagements, and 3-4 weeks for weddings.

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU’RE THE RIGHT PHOTOGRAPHER FOR MY WEDDING?

Choosing a photographer for your wedding is a very important decision! When I was searching for my wedding photographer, I wanted someone with a shooting style that fit my creative taste. You have to decide what style fits you best, what your budget is, and what is most important to YOU! As for my own photography, I tend to be more creative, candid, and photo-journalistic. Chances are you’ve already looked through my website and seen some of my wedding photography, but to get a better idea of my style, and what inspires me check out my Pinterest boards!
